  • Jane Street Hub (1541 Jane Street)
    This site offers take-home COVID-19 testing kits. The kits can be picked-up and dropped-off weekly between Tuesdays at 1:00 pm and Wednesdays at 12:00 pm. For more information, call (416) 645-7575, or click here.

    AccessPoint (761 Jane Street)
    This location offers in-clinic testing on a first-come, first-served basis. Testing is offered on Tuesdays from 5:00 pm–6:00 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am–9:00 am. For more information, call (416) 760-8677.

    Shopper’s Drug Mart
    These clinics offer rapid COVID-19 antigen testing for asymptomatic individuals for a fee of $40. Select pharmacies also offer PCR testing. For more information, click here.

    Provincial Rapid Testing Web Page
    The Government of Ontario is offering free-of-charge rapid tests at pop-up testing sites in high-traffic areas such as malls, retail settings, holiday markets, public libraries, transit hubs, and select LCBO stores. To see if a site is available in your area, click here.

  • Note: on December 15, 2021, the Government of Ontario announced updates to the list of Ontarians eligible for their third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine—sometimes also referred to as a “booster shot.” To read the full announcement, click here.

    Effective Friday, December 17, 2021, Ontarians aged 18+ will be eligible to receive their third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at walk-in vaccination clinics, provided they received their second shot at least three months (84 days) ago.

    Effective Monday, December 20, 2021, this newly eligible group of Ontarians will also be able to schedule their third vaccination appointment.

    Effective Tuesday, February 15, 2022, Ontarians ages 12 to 17 years are eligible for a third dose if approximately six months (168 days) have passed since their second dose.
