Youth Employment Subsidy

The federal government has funded Frontlines, an award winning organization in our ward, to provide subsidies of $14.35 per hour plus Mandatory Employment Related Costs (MERCs) to employers looking to hire young adults through Frontlines' roster of youth. To be eligible, employers must be:

1. A registered organization in Canada with a payroll account;

2. Have insurance; and

3. Have an available work position in a safe, youth-friendly environment (virtual placements are acceptable).
